You do not necessarily need to have enough old gold to have your new dream rings made.
If you don't have enough, you can buy the last gold from us. The only thing you have to be aware of when using old gold is that 10% will be lost in shrinkage - and in addition, jewelery made from old gold is not stamped with either a title stamp or a name stamp.
Therefore, it doesn't matter if you mix both 8 kt. 14 kt. and even 18 kt. gold in your rings.
However, it will always be possible to acid test rings without stamps, and find out the minimum carat and thereby be able to show that it is therefore real gold.
